Paul A. Bell is co-founder and principal shareholder of Group 42, an energy-focused holding company established in 1997 that provides financial and strategic management services to its subsidiaries around the globe. He has over 35 years of experience as an investment banker, consultant and financial analyst for private investments in energy and energy services, health care services, technology and intellectual property.

Bell was an executive consultant and director to Group 42 from 1998 until 2011, when he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and President. He is Executive Director and President of Group 42's principal U.S. and international operating subsidiaries, including Well Flow International, whose headquarters are in Bahrain and businesses operate throughout the Arabian Gulf, West Africa, Asia Pacific, the North Sea and North America.

Bell is also Chairman and a founding shareholder of United Allergy Services — a specialist healthcare services company recognized as the largest independent allergy testing and immunotherapy provider in the U.S. In addition, Bell is managing general partner of Bell Keenan & Co., a business consulting and advisory company founded in 1989, and Chairman and Manager of Rubicon Capital, LLC, a family investment company. Bell is also Chairman of Blue Duck Prime Capital, Limited, and Erroll and Slains Holdings, Limited, London-based private investment entities.

Prior to forming Bell Keenan & Co., Bell was Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Arneson Kercheville Ehrenberg and Associates, Inc., a San Antonio investment brokerage and banking firm. Between 1982 and its sale in 1987, Bell was Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance for Midstates Oil Company and Executive Vice President of Midstates Pipeline Company.

He is committed to supporting the San Antonio community including the arts and the development of future business leaders that share in a vision for progressive and sustainable community-wide growth.
