AMY MILLER
VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OF STAFF

Amy K. Miller is an executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate development, corporate communications, organizational management, economics and business operations. As Vice President and Chief of Staff at Group 42, she is responsible for corporate administration, human capital and organization training, IT, intellectual and licensed properties, and community, charitable and governmental outreach initiatives.

Additionally, she assists in the oversight of marketing, with legal and special audit reviews, and in the management of Group 42’s corporate office facilities. From 1995 until 2015, Miller served in various corporate management, marketing and business development capacities at Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated (now Dykema), a leading national law firm, culminating in her role as Director of Marketing and Client Relations. During her tenure at Cox Smith, the firm doubled in size (both in revenue and in number of attorneys). She was also a member of the firm’s business team focused on driving its growth and expansion into numerous new Texas markets.

Prior to joining Cox Smith, Miller held corporate development and account management positions with multiple Dallas-based corporations. She plays an active role in the community, and has served on committees for the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Legal Marketing Association and National Charity League.

Amy Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Texas.
